[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical on which carpet cleaner to buy because of how expensive they are. I didn't want to buy a lemon, so I went with the Big Green PET PRO and it is amazing. Everyday my house always smelled like animals. It had the pee and poo funk smell. The dog would mark on the couch. The cats sprayed on the couch. We've had throw-ups, poops, pees, you name it, an animal has done it on this carpet. I probably did about 4 rounds on the living room carpet and everytime I dumped the water it was like black sludgey water. I scrubbed the couch with the head that has the red brissels for about an hour because of how discolored it was. I wish I had a before and after pictures to show but I was so blown away by the instant results of this Big Green guy that I just couldn't stop. If you walked in my house now there's now smell, or sign that an animal even lives in this house. The carpet used to be slimmy because all we used was carpet powder and the vacuum to eliminate the smell from the animals. Now the carpet is softer and there absolutely no smell!! I promise this is a purchase you won't regret if you have animals. I have zero complaints. If you're juggling on which carpet cleaner to get and you have animals then look no further. I will say if you have never carpet cleaned your carpet and you have animals, you'll more then likely get clumps of hair from your carpet that you can vacuum up later. My carpet looks brand new.

It's also very visually appealing as a machine and it also closes enough so you won't have it take up so much space in your home. You are getting commercial quality power in a very small form factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an older Bissell heated pet pro cleaner that we had for many years. This model was an excellent choice. Better cleaning, larger water tanks and easier emptying of the waste tank. Despite the size and weight the unit is easy to maneuver. The longer power cord and hose means less reconnecting and we can clean multiple rooms and stairs without relocating the unit. Definitely worth the price and should have purchased this model originally. Great product Bissell!!!
