[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] powerful but very heavy. leaves dirty water and dirty fibers when stop or change direction so stains carpet with dirty water. sprays water both ways frontward and backward but only sucks up water going backwards so doesnt clean both ways really.

We can freshen up carpets a couple of times a year and avoid expensive commercial carpet cleaning because we waited until things looked dirty enough to call someone in. It's as was to use as a vacuum!!!

That it's a perfect machine, also weighs a bit, but I'm young so no problem with me.
