[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Revolution x2 but it just didn't cut it on these rugs. I went and rented a green egg and was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. Once u set it up, which was very easy, and u know when to spray and not to. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine doesn't even require a second guess. I owned a Bissell Pro heat 2x revolution and it doesn't even compare to this machine. It's completely worth the money and gives a professional clean! With 2 older dogs and a 2 year old I wanted something that would give my carpet the cleaning it needed and this was everything and more than I could of ever imagined!

High Quality Machine with High Quality Results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend allot of time researching and looking for, the best quality appliances/products for my home....call it an obsession if you will...lol My latest search lead me to purchase the Bissell Big Green Pet Pro. After receiving the machine, I was pleasantly surprised by the robust quality and workmanship designed into the machine. I don't know the life expectancy of this machine, but feel from my observations if cared for, should last a long LONG time. I have in the past resorted to using a "shop vac" to pull cleaning products from carpets, due to the weak nature of the suction of most "stick" style cleaners, not a problem with the Big Green Pet Plus Pro. Like a good quality vacuum, it has a separate powerful vacuum motor for suction, and another motor for the brush drive, PLUS a separate pump motor for the sprayer! the tanks, housing, brush roller, cord, wheels, rollers, newly redesigned handle ALL seem heavy duty and built to last. When teamed with Bissell's pet oxy formula, a good quality pre-spray and spotter, plus a separate pass with a rinse leaves our carpets very clean. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants professional quality cleaning for your home, without the hassle of renting a dirty machine from a rental company. Bissell has a winner here, and it's latest model is everything the Big Green original is known for, plus an improved handle, and an improved dirty water tank with added handles on the sides. In addition, it has a fresh upgraded look without sacrificing ANY quality what so ever. Good job Bissell on this new model of Big Green!

Life changing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decides to invest in a more heavy duty carpet cleaner, since we just got a puppy this spring who has been struggling with potty training. We have consistently had three dogs and two cats for the past decade, and they have done a number on our carpet, especially in the spring when snow melts. We typically have our carpets professionally cleaned once or twice a year, and that hasn't really been enough. Plus we have a basic hoover carpet cleaner that didn't seem to do much. After using this beast of machine it's an absolute game changer. We have older carpet and some rooms are almost 30 years old now, and they have seen a lot. This machine is basically doing as well as some of the professional services we have hired. Some stains are just never going to come out, but this did a great job at make some of them more faint. The other thing it does it has been pulling up really embedded hair and dirt. I basically spent the first three days. Cleaning and then letting it dry to vacuum up pet hair it was pulling, and the water was still pretty dirty after the first few times. I have allergies to dust and cat hair, and I'm literally feel like I've been breathing bettdr for the past week. I included a couple photos one of a bad coffee stain from a few weeks before I go this cleaner, and had tried to clean with my hoover. The other of our couch cushion where our dog likes to lay. I feel like everyone should have this in their homes, especially if you have multiple pets. I've tried a few of the bissel cleaners and the best one by far is the ultra concentrated version, although I wish it was cheaper and sold in a larger bottle. My only con really is that it's fairly heavy to move around. Other nice thing is it's very easy to dump and clean the machine as well, and straight forward to use.

Amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a golden retriever (lots of hair) that has been rebelling and urinating inside the house and 3 kids, 2 of which have recently graduated from toddlerism and a teenager that could care less. So my carpets really take a beating. I purchased the Big Green Carpet cleaner around 4 years ago and it was amazing as well. The pump and some other parts finally gave out, so I decided to buy a new one, and purchased this one instead. The machine came fully assembled and is easy to set up for use. The ratio of water that this machine picks up in relation to the amount it sprays is amazing. The carpets are only wet for around 5 minutes. The capacity of the tanks (clean/dirty water) is great. Making a lot less trips to clean and refill the machine. The cord length also makes less stopping time from having to relocate it to a different outlet. Cleaning between uses is easy. There's no messy "bladder." Just dump the dirty water tank, and refill the clean water tank. After the old one gave out, I bought a cheaper one to last until I could afford another Green Machine, and the difference is just night and day. Going over some of the carpets that I had recently did with the other machine was just mind-blowing at how much better this machine is. I would give it 10 stars if I could. A bit on the expensive side, but if you have high-traffic carpeted areas, this may be a really good investment.
