Cross wave vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is absolutely amazing! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. I would have to say that after using this vacuum I won't buy a different brand. The way it is so easy to clean, sucks up the dirt so well, gets against the baseboards, and mops extremely well! This is a must have essential for your household!!

Game Changer for Pet Parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just say — the Bissell CrossWave OmniForce Edge is a total lifesaver! We received this through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My husband and I have two golden retrievers (translation: an endless supply of hair), and this machine has completely transformed how we clean. Between the carpet and hardwoods, our floors were basically a fur-covered disaster zone — but not anymore!
First off, the build quality is top-notch — you can tell this thing is made to last. It's super easy to navigate between surfaces, and switching from carpet to hardwood is effortless. Plus, it's so intuitive to use that I didn't even have to crack open the manual (a win in my book). The amount of dirt and hair it pulled up was honestly shocking — I thought my floors were relatively clean until I saw the dirty water tank (yikes). And speaking of the tank, emptying it is a breeze — no messy splashes or frustration like I've had with other machines.
The self-cleaning roller? Incredible. It cleans and dries itself in the tray, which is miles better than similar models. The only tiny gripe I have is that the mop could use more saturation — I found myself having to go over some areas a little slower and more often. But honestly, the results are so good that it's worth the extra patience. If you've got pets and mixed flooring, this is an absolute must-have. My house hasn't felt this clean in ages — 10/10, highly recommend!

A game-changer for pet owners and parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell CrossWave Edge through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I am thrilled to share my experience with this versatile wet-dry vacuum.
As a pet owner with a dog, three cats, and a one-year-old, quick and efficient cleaning is very important to me. It's definitely improved the way I clean. Cleaning up after dinner with my son has never been easier. The edge cleaning technology was particularly impressive, allowing me to reach tight corners and along baseboards with ease. Although, I think having the edger on both sides of the brush would improve maneuverability in hard-to-reach places.
The CrossWave Edge's ability to mop and vacuum at the same time is my favorite feature. The self-cleaning function is another standout aspect, making maintenance a breeze. I was initially concerned about the suction power in dry mode on carpets, but it actually outperformed my standard vacuum.
The suction power and overall cleaning performance are excellent, handling a variety of messes efficiently. This machine has become an indispensable part of my cleaning routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and versatile cleaning solution.

A useful and effective cleaning tool

I'd only seen devices like this on Cleantok before and had dismissed them as being gimmicky. Could a device possibly be effective at both sweeping and cleaning?
Putting the device together and setting it up proved quite simple. I added the cleaning solution and included parts and away I went.
The vacuum was powerful and made quick work of dust and dog hair. I was impressed and disgusted at how much debris had been on my floors. Using the mopping function proved to be even more shocking…the water quickly turned from clear to black. So, so gross yet so satisfying.
The Crosswave Edge definitely made cleaning feel like a one-stop experience. I live in a condo with somewhat limited space and appreciated how streamlined the device and charger are. They fit into a small corner and don't take up much room. The device mops and vacuums my whole place on just about a full charge which is really satisfying and means I can get done cleaning quickly and efficiently.
After using the device for a bit, I've developed a pretty good idea of what its pros and cons are:
Pros:
-Vacuums efficiently and emptying the vacuum is simple
-Panel is easy to read and displays charge as you use it
-Device is streamlined and with the base doesn't take up much space (I also love the built-in spaces in the stand for drying the filter and brush)
-Does a decent job with caked-on stains and wet messes
-Device stops when you lift it (saves power and stops unnecessary noise)
-Don't have to hold down a button to use machine unlike some other vacuums
-Vacuums efficiently and emptying the vacuum is simple
-Panel is easy to read and displays charge as you use it
-Device is streamlined and with the base doesn't take up much space (I also love the built-in spaces in the stand for drying the filter and brush)
-Does a decent job with caked-on stains and wet messes
-Device stops when you lift it (saves power and stops unnecessary noise)
-Don't have to hold down a button to use machine unlike some other vacuums
Cons:
-Device is a bit heavy and unwieldy and be hard to maneuver in smaller spaces
-A bit annoying to clean all the pieces after every use…I don't think the self-cleaning function could be trusted to effectively clean the brush
-The edge function wasn't as useful as I thought it would be…I didn't find it made a marked difference in cleaning hard-to-reach spaces and sometimes got in the way
-Device is a bit heavy and unwieldy and be hard to maneuver in smaller spaces
-A bit annoying to clean all the pieces after every use…I don't think the self-cleaning function could be trusted to effectively clean the brush
-The edge function wasn't as useful as I thought it would be…I didn't find it made a marked difference in cleaning hard-to-reach spaces and sometimes got in the way
Overall, I would definitely recommend this device. It makes the arduous task of cleaning much faster and easier (also a bit more fun). I am excited to test it out in the future on more difficult-to-clean messes.
