Wouldn't buy again

This broke after just 4 months. The roller bar won't turn like it's clogged but I've cleaned it several times. What a waste!

Another GREAT product from Bissell!!!

I have been cleaning carpets in our house with a Bissell carpet cleaner for years. We just moved and had Luxury Vinyl throughout the house. The vacuum doesn't get the sand up with a beater bar so I looked for a Bissell product that would work. First try and hit the nail on the head!!! Wow! Great product for cleaning the LVP!! Use it dry or wet! It cleaned the floors like I wanted them to be. It was very easy to move around furniture. No more sand on my bare feet!! I've been installing floors for over 30 years and I now have a product that I would recommend to homeowners that I finish installing floors in there house. I always get the question; " What is the best way to keep the floors clean?" Now I have the answer!!! The machine is so easy to clean as long as you understand that cleaning floors is a nasty job and it takes time to clean your machine thoroughly. Bissell has made it as easy as can be!! Follow their easy instructions on how to use the machine and how to clean it, you wont be disappointed!!

Uses too little water.

I just received the unit and have used it on wood and tile. I find little water comes out of the machine so I wonder how it works to clean the floor. I cleaned three floors before the clean water tank was empty so I know it uses some water, but not enough to do a thorough job, in my opinion.

Almost what I was hoping...

I think I'll like this for the most part, but when I purchased it, I thought it could "dry" vacuum and wet vacuum. It only does wet (which is fine--it will work...it's just not what I was thinking).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just got a new puppy., and let's just say he's not entirely house trained. We also have a robot vacuum, and the other day the worst possible situation happened. Our puppy had an accident while we were both out of the house, and the robot vacuum turned on and pushed his mess EVERYWHERE. The Bissell crosswave made cleanup so much easier. We still had to get down on our hands and knees with a brush to get the dried mess loosened, but after that, the Crosswave took care of everything. I think I've used it six times in the last 2 weeks to clean up after this dog. It's so much easier and I'm so glad we did purchase this electric mop. First, I thought it might be a little bit too bougie, but it's been a lifesaver. 100% would recommend.

Purchased this as I have a lot of hard floors to wash and I needed an easier method than my spit mop. This crosswave has saved my back and it does an excellent job of cleaning both tile and laminate. It is easy to take apart and clean as well. Love it.

I have been wanting a Crosswave since they first came out. The cost has always been an issue, but I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy one. My local hardware store only had the edge model available and one other both seem to be identical in description and price the same. I live in a home with all the common areas and spare bathroom being tile floor and also have dogs and one cat residing inside. The dogs are not bad for making messes but accidents do happen. Unfortunately, I’m not as happy with my cross wave as I thought I would be. I think it’s fine for cleaning up what messes but as far as actually getting your floors clean, it’s not any better than using a swiffer mop. It will not get into the grout on the tile nor any of the grime that is down in the pores on the tile so if you want a truly clean floor, you will still need to get on your hands and knees and do some scrubbing. I think if it had an option for a brush with a small aggressiveness to it that would be a big plus once your floor is scrubbed out clean. This may be a good option for just daily cleaning and you will have to go back and maybe do a monthly scrubbing. I look back now and think of how many swiffer pads I could have bought for the price I have paid for this machine. I would caution anyone who ask about buying this particular machine.
