Easy to set up and use

New Favorite Cleaning Tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product testing panel and the timing could not have been more perfect! We recently got a puppy and the Bissell CrossWave Edge is a lifesaver! We vacuum and mop our floors multiple times a week and were shocked to see how much dirt the CrossWave Edge picked up the first time we used it. It was immediately evident that it was picking up the dirt and not just pushing it around. It leaves our floors looking and feeling fresh and clean every time! We have hard surfaces and rugs throughout our house and the time saved by only having to use one product is incredible. Maybe the best part is how easy it is to clean after each use. In just a few minutes, the CrossWave Edge is clean and ready to go for the next time. I love how this product makes our cleaning routine faster while also leaving our floors looking spotless!

Versatile, easy to use wet and dry vaccuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave Edge is a game changer for cleaning up messes in my house. I received one to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I couldn't be happier with having it around the house. I love that it can easily suck up any wet messes, clean the floor, and get it mostly dry with a single tool. I can definitely foresee tossing some of my mopping tools as this leaves my floors looking great without all the extra effort! It's also nice for light messes on rugs, although it doesn't have the deep cleaning of carpet specific cleaners.
It's super easy to use. Assembly and adding the solution is just a few pieces clicking together, and I appreciate that the solution is automatically sprayed during use. Once the floor is clean, I run the CrossWave Edge a few more times over the area and the floor is nearly dried out and looking great. It's fairly lightweight and easy to maneuver, minimizing the effort to clean the floors.
I also appreciate how easy it is to put away and store. Emptying the waste water is almost as easy as assembly, and the state of the dirty water shows how great of a job it does of cleaning the floors! The storage base gives the vacuum a nice place to sit while not in use, including a drying holder for the roller brush.
Overall, this really helps simplify cleaning my floors and getting rid of messes. With a toddler and two dogs, this is definitely something that comes in handy!

EXTREMELY PLEASED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited when I learned I would be receiving this product as part of the Stellar testing panel to review! In my house, we have 3 long hair cats, 3 small children and a combination of lowpile-highpile rugs, tile and hardwood. There is no lack of cleaning and vacuuming the floors over here!
It was very satisfying to so easily lift the vacuum from the box and the read the very easy to follow directions. There is basically no assembly required other than snapping the handle into place. The machine moves easy and does not feel bulky at all to maneuver around. Because of this, at first I didnt feel like it was doing much of a good job….. until I noticed the dirty water tank halfway through the cleaning process! EWWW AND WOW!
The one feature I was excited about but not overly impressed with is the whole “multisurface at once” feature. This could be due to our specific house and all the long cat hair but I didn't like how when moving from the rug onto the tile, it left behind traces of wet fur stuck to the tile. The machine would eventually pick it up, I just had to go over it a few times.
Overall, it is very easy to use, clean and put back together which is most important for me. Also, does a magnificent job deep cleaning all the surfaces…..the proof will be in the dirty water tank at the end!

This vacuum doesn't all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. The wet and dry vacuum was exactly what I needed as 90% of my floors are linoleum! My first impression of the vacuum is its sleek design. It is thin and white and comes with a docking station for when it is not in use. It fits perfectly in my laundry room so I have quick access in case of a floor emergency.
This machine is an all in one for my floors. I use to have to vacuum then mop my floors and let them dry. The crosswave vacuums and cleans your floors at the same time so it has cut my cleaning time in half. I also like the results my floors, they are shiny and smooth and looked like I spent a lot more time on them than I actually did!
This machine was also very easy to clean. Everything detaches and can be easily rinsed in my utility sink. There is also a cleaning cycle for cleaning the machine out after each use. It really got any leftover sand and residue from the machine into the waste tank for easy dumping.
Overall I am very impressed with this vacuum! We have two dogs and two younger kids so my floors are constantly housing extra hair and food crumbs and it is nice to have a vacuum that will scoop everything up and clean at the same time! I highly recommend this product! I have attached two photos of my front door the first is all the sand my kids drug in and the second is after I ran the vacuum over it. It cleaned up so well and fast!

Fantastic multi-surface cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent machine for mopping up spills and cleaning hardwood floors. I have a three-level townhome with wood floors on each level, and this machine handled the job with ease. It did take a few passes for the roller to fully saturate with solution to clean effectively, but that wasn't a big issue. I was able to clean all three levels and two door rugs before the solution ran out.
With a dog and a cat, this machine picked up pet hair and small debris easily, eliminating the need to vacuum first—a huge time-saver! It also cleaned the rugs without any problem. After using the machine, the floors looked shiny, streak-free, and felt clean. I was very happy with the results.
The cleanout feature was particularly impressive—it quickly ran clean water over the roller in about 8 seconds to remove dirt and debris, making cleaning the machine super easy. I also really like the docking station, which keeps everything organized and doubles as an air-dry station for the roller. These features definitely made my cleaning routine easier, as they saved me time and effort.
Although I'm not typically a fan of corded vacuums/mops, I don't mind this one, as it really gets the job done. It is sleek and wasn't too heavy to carry up and down the stairs. The only downside for me is the solution. I'm sensitive to chemical smells and fragrance, and while the multi-surface solution has a milder scent than most, it still leaves a fragrant smell that I don't enjoy. Additionally, the whole house requires a full tank to clean, so I can see how the need to repurchase solution frequently could be inconvenient. A scent-free or steam option would be a fantastic addition.
Overall, this is a fantastic product, and I'll be using it weekly!

Wonderful Product!

As a busy mom of two, I find myself constantly having the clean up crumbs and spills ALL day long; especially under our island bar stools. It's so convenient being able to vacuum AND mop both all at the same time.
Not only did I use this product on our laminate floors, but it worked extremely well on our rugs too!
And the best part?! The self cleaning mode! With just a simple push of a button, it cleans the roller brush for you. Afterwords, all you have to do is remove the brush and put it on the tray to dry - and you're done!
It is a little bit on the noisy side, but it doesn't bother me too much.
I've always been really good at keeping up with cleaning my floors. But this product truly opened my eyes at how much dirt is usually still left behind from my previous mop. The dirty water left behind in the tank is so disgusting yet satisfying all at the same time! It gives me peace of mind to know how well it's actually cleaning my floors.
