Convenient and thorough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crosswave edge has been such an amazing addition to my cleaning tools in my home. I have been able to use this as a replacement to other wet mop options on our vinyl plank flooring throughout our home. It has saved me a TON of time and frustration when cleaning. The crosswave edge is easy to use and even easier to clean which is a huge plus for me. My floors feel more clean than they ever have and I am super happy with the results I get from this product. One of the things I love is the edge cleaning capabilities that allows me to get very close to my baseboards and trim. The design of this product looks very sleek and clean and the stand that it comes with keeps everything together well. I really love this product and will be using it often! I received this product from the stellar product testing panel.

Wow what a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is an awesome tool! First timer using a vacuum mop and the Cross Wave Edge blew me away. The only downfall I experienced was the brush only extends to the edge on one side so you have to somehow go back over what you have mopped the opposite way to get as close to the wall. Other than that the vac map did an amazing job at cleaning my floors as you can see if the pictures. I do have two kids and three dogs so my floors always need to be cleaned. Mopping was such a task before I only did it on the weekends but with the Cross Wave I could mop every other day maybe even everyday if needed because it is so convenient. With that being said another positive is that the water reservoir lasts to mop my house 1 1/2 times. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great Product for Busy Moms!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Crosswave Edge as part of the stellar product Testing panel and was immediately blown away by the sleek design and lightweight feel! I used it almost immediately to clean my hardwood floors. The assembly and directions were very easy to follow. The water tank was easy to fill and sits up on its own so you can pour in the cleaner.
I did not particularly like the smell of the Bissell cleaner and my husband agreed. It was a bit too floral. Additionally, when I placed the filled water tank back into the vacuum, it initially leaked all over me. This must happen often because I found a small piece of paper mentioning what to do if this happens. Would have been nice if it was included in the original directions.
Using the product on my floors was very smooth. It has a nice long cord and was easily maneuverable. It felt might lighter than I was expecting! I was able to do my whole first floor without changing where it was plugged in.
When I emptied the dirty tank I noticed it took up a lot of dirt and a lot of dog hair. Much more than I was expecting! With 3 kids and a dog, I was very impressed at how clean the floors were.
I did find the cleaning of the water tank and the brush to be cumbersome but having the brush holder option on the side of the tray was key! It took about 12 hours for the brush to fully dry and it didn't smell like mold which I was worried about.
Overall I would say as a busy mom with hardwood floors and a dog, this is a must product! It was easy to use and did a great job grabbing all the dog hair. I would recommend it!

Great Product But Has Limits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this wet and dry vacuum as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My family and I recently moved into a new apartment complex and have been in the market for a new vacuum so I received this at the perfect time. As a stay at home mom to a 5 year old & an owner of 3 cats, this vacuum highly interested me. The appearance of it is very modern, sleek, and not bulky. I enjoy that it comes with a stand when not in use. I do wish that it had a carpet setting rather than just area rug setting. I have a shaggy rug in my living room and this vacuum had a hard time cleaning it (as most vacuums do). It did however work wonders on my hard wood floor in my kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms. I would say this is the equivalent of sweeping and mopping in one which makes deep cleaning the floors a breeze, but I do not see myself getting this vacuum out every time I clean the floors. It did struggle with some stubborn marks on the floor that I ended up having to scrub with a sponge, but overall my floor did look and feel cleaner than before use. I also enjoy the self cleaning feature that removes excess dirt and grime from within the vacuum after each use. Overall, it is a very modern approach to sweeping and mopping, but it does have its limits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was impressed by this product.
I was initially worried it wouldn't do a good job because it is so lightweight, but that did not seem to be the case.
The cord is long which means I was able to clear a large area without unplugging it.
It did a great job with surface level mess on carpet and hard wood.
I tested it by using it to clear the pile I had swept into a corner as well as poured some milk on the ground. It cleaned both quickly and with just a few passes.
I am giving it four stars instead of five because I don't think it did a great job on messes that were stuck on the hardwood or matted into the carpet. Despite multiple passes I was not able to remove them.
I will also say the instructions for use were a bit lacking and confusing. The hardwood vs multi surface button wasn't really explained - so that might have resolved the problem area better - but even when I hit the multi surface button it didn't seem to make much of a difference.
Seeing how filthy the water was after cleaning with it was incredibly satisfying.
The hardwood floors felt much cleaner after use.
Overall it is a fun and easy to use handy tool for a light to moderate amount of mess. With certain bigger messes I suspect it would work well - but not deeper stuck messes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the vacuums performance and it has a modern design. It's lightweight, which makes it easy to maneuver. It is corded so you have to be near an outlet, but the cord was plenty long to reach the space that I have. The biggest advantage is having the ability to vacuum and mop floors simultaneously. I only used the product on LVP flooring and it worked perfectly, but it is supposed to work on tile, rugs and other surfaces.
In conclusion, the CrossWave Edge is an excellent floor-cleaning tool that saves time and delivers results. It is easy to use and has a great design, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a new floor cleaning solution. Thank you to the Stellar Panel for giving me the opportunity to try out this product.

Great value for money, but loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuums of this type are extremely expensive, but this was in a great value given the market. It cleans well, keeps your floors looking polished and even picks up big chunks of food - which is a major plus with a toddler.
I love that it has a cord, meaning I don't need to worry about the battery dying in a few years. Only thing is that is is very loud.

An Awesome Wet-Dry Vacuum

The look and design of the machine is beautiful - it's sleek and slim, with a sturdy feeling even though it's not too heavy. It picked up dirt, food crumbs, and pet hair easily. I loved that I was able to save time by vacuuming and moping simultaneously. My floors looked and felt great after using it! The cord is long allowing you to cover a nice amount of space from a single plug. I have little kids and loved that it not only cleans but sanitizes, too. Definitely recommend!
