I’ve only used it once but it worked well. I appreciated that my long hair didn’t get tangled up in the brush. My one complaint is that I had to frequently fill the water and soap bottle.

I love the edge cleaner and this is so easy to clean out when done. I would love the steam clean option with the edge cleaner but steaming isn’t a priority with this house.

I bought a Dyson Detect Submarine and its roller is tight. Our kitchen floor has texture to it and it could not clean very well. Also if you made an swerves with the Dyson, it left mud smears on the floor. We live on a farm and bring in more than urban dirt. I feel the Dyson is made for smooth floors for an urban environment. The Crosswave works much better for they type of environment we deal with on the farm.

I’m pleased on floating vinyl plank flooring

Just tried for the first time on floating vinyl flooring in my studio apartment. Worked great. Head is small enough to get into nooks and crannies but big enough to clean a good area each pass. Doesn’t soak the floor, as I needed something that would drench the floating “planks” but seems to do a good job cleaning and I like the fact that I don’t have to sweep and then mop because it does it at the same time. So far I am pleased and plan to use it several times per week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is very cheaply made. It slides all over the floor when cleaning. The cord holder on the handle doesn’t even hold the cord. I’ve only used it once and that’s how bad it is. Beyond disappointing is an understatement ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it except the area rug mode

The crosswave edge all-in-one is super convenient to use. I have the motivation to clean my floors more and maintenance is a breeze. However the area rug mode is useless. I regret not buying just the hard floor version of this machine.
