Keeping Me Moving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using percussion guns for almost five years. I started with a Theragun which was life changing at the time. The battery seemed faulty and it didn't last long. I moved over to the Hyperice 2 which was better than the Theragun. It had a wider range of useable modes. The 2 was a bit larger and kind of cumbersome to use.
I got the Hyperice 3 and it was smaller and more ergonomic than either of my previous guns. It definitely feels premium. It feels like the Theragun and Hyperice 2 came together and took the better parts of both.
I've never been one for using the various head attachments. I normally just stick with the one thats it comes on. However, the 3 came with the heated attachment and it was something else, which I thought was kind of gimmicky. I typically use it at night before I stretch and I noticed a real difference with the heat. It gets the blood flowing and makes the stretching count more. One other thing I really appreciated, but the lowest setting was more usable. Sometimes on smaller muscle groups the lower settings were still painful using the other guns. The 3's lowest setting was usable on places the Theragun and 2 work on.
So yeah, coming up on 40 and trying to work out like I'm still in my 20's, this thing is a must.

I use it daily after the gym and it has reduced my recovery time significantly! It comes with multiple different heads depending on your needs and has 5 different speed settings. Works great for a beginner or an expert. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in exchange for my review. Wow!! I’m so impressed with this. I’ve been testing the massage gun before and after runs. Also, on my yoga recovery days. I’m used to using a cheaper Amazon massage gun, but this one is so much better. The quality is amazing- it feels so durable and well-made. All of the options for the different heads is so nice. Especially, the heated one! I wasn’t sure how well I would be able to feel the heat on the heated head, but wow. It feels so nice on my hips after physical therapy. I was also really surprised by the cushion head. It seriously makes using the massage gun so much easier on bony places, like my shoulders and back. I’ve literally been using this massage gun everyday, and if I want to take it on vacation I can! It feels like Hyperice thought of everything. The charger comes with different outlet adapters for different countries. I’m seriously so impressed with this! I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve noticed a difference in my recovery. Especially because I feel more comfortable using the massage gun in more sore places with the cushion head. Anyone who is serious about their recovery and warm-up routines should look into buying one of these.

The adjustable power settings make it easy to tailor each session depending on what my body needs, lighter settings for warm-up and circulation, and higher settings when I need to really get deep into tight muscle groups. Even at higher speeds, the device feels controlled and not overly aggressive.
I absolutely noticed a difference in both my warm-up and recovery. Before workouts, a few minutes on major muscle groups like quads, calves, and shoulders helped increase mobility and reduce stiffness. After workouts, especially strength training or longer cardio sessions, it significantly reduced soreness and helped my muscles relax faster.
I’ve used previous percussion devices before, and the addition of heat is a meaningful upgrade. The heat helps muscles relax more quickly, allowing the percussion to penetrate deeper without feeling as intense. It feels more therapeutic overall and makes a noticeable difference in recovery, particularly in larger or chronically tight muscle groups.
The multiple attachments are another highlight. They make it easy to target all major muscle groups; the ball head for large areas like hamstrings and glutes, the fork attachment for around the spine and neck, and the bullet head for focused trigger points. It feels like having multiple recovery tools in one device.
I would absolutely recommend this product to athletes of all types, runners, strength trainers, mountain bikers, weekend warriors, and even desk-bound professionals who experience chronic tightness. It’s especially valuable for anyone who trains consistently and wants to improve recovery and mobility.
My only complaint is that the compact design makes it difficult to reach mid-back muscle groups independently.
As someone who trains regularly and prioritizes recovery as part of performance, this device has become a staple in my routine. The combination of power, heat, and versatility makes it feel like a professional-level recovery tool at home.

I have owned other massage guns in the past but only budget off brands found at discount stores. In comparison this Hypervolt blows them out of the water. To start it comes in a very soft but sturdy branded case with a handle. Opening it up the device comes with 5 interchangeable heads; accompanied with a booklet recommending certain heads to different muscle groups. The standout is the heated head attachment. All these are very easy to interchange and there are booklets included with directions as well. The last premium feature included are directions on how to pair it with the Hyperice app.

While powered on it feels strong, almost like a mini engine is inside. It’s easy to power on with just a millisecond of holding the on button and the power level with a simple twist on the dial. I find Level 1 to be powerful enough for most of my needs. Post workout I enjoy following the routines on the app because it focuses on the muscles I used most in a precise manner. I have noticed my soreness the day after workouts has decreased or not appeared at all after using my HyperVolt.

Diamond in the Over-Saturated Rough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many massage therapy guns, and the Hyperice Hypervolt 3 really stood out to me. It is incredibly smooth, user friendly, and the "heated head" makes a world of difference for warm-up and recovery. I started ramping up my training for the season through January and February. I found myself using the Hypervolt over other recovery methods almost every day. It found it especially effective for warming up before heading out the door for faster or longer runs, and recovering after harder days of lifting in the gym. The only thing I found myself wanting was a more ergonomic handle design to easier reach difficult places like my back or hamstrings. This massage gun can be a fantastic addition to anyone's routine, and I can't recommend it enough.

it has a grippy handle, 5 speed settings, and a pressure sensor. It comes with 5 attachment with one of them being heated. I used the heated attachement (which has 3 heat settings) when warming up before a workout to loosen up areas that were still tight from the last workout and then used the more conventional attachments to relax after workouts.
