Series 7 Quality Question

I have a Series 7 with a pop up trimmer that I purchased some time ago. I don't use the shaver every day so it's lasted for many years with the original head. I'd like to purchase a new head if you can assure me that the quality issue has been corrected.

Does Not Fit My Series 7

This has a different design than Series 7 shaver heads have had in the past, and it doesn't physically fit on my Series 7 shaver

80 days of use

80 days of use and need to buy replacement head.I bought this machine on 17NOV2025 in Lisbon-Portugal. The head used 3 times a week and after 2 and half months was completely tear and wear. Since beginning Ifound that performance was strange, every time I needed to take 10 minutes to shave . As it was my first Braun razor I thought it was normal. However, last week I decided to replace new head and I found so easy to use and I could shave in less time. Therefore, I strongly believe that the head shaver was defaulted from factory . I am in Thailand but I keep the original (first head) with me to send Braun if necessary. Moreover, I don’t buy copy replacement parts, I just buy original. This new cuts perfectly. I bought at Central mall in Bangokok. The original razor head instead of 9-18 months just poorly work 75-80 days. What is your position on this review? Was indeed a factory default? Because of that you make promotional sales with discounts?Best regards

Bad shave head

I bought this razor 9 months ago. The head lasted maybe 6 months. I put the razor up and have t used it after that. I'm. Buying a new head for it today. If this one is junk also I'm finished with braun products.

replacement foils are junk

The replacements heads are junk. They tear easily and repeatedly after putting them in the charger.
And when trying to order the parts, you are directed to a different site with a different product.
