Flimsy Shaver Replacement Head

The last replacement head I bought lasted for nine months. That's not the worst, but it's half as long as the manufacturer suggests. The foil tears inexplicably (what is even happening to cause this?!) -- the only place the shaver goes is in its charger/cleaner dock (which also stopped cleaning).
I'm not thrilled with the longevity of this product, given its price. I have a few cleaning fluid tanks left, so I intend to make it through those and if my next replacement head doesn't last, I'll be changing razors. If it does... well, we'll cross that bridge then.

Replacement head didn’t improve the shave

I thought the replacement head would give me a much closer shave. Unfortunately I can’t get even a reasonably good shave no improvement whatsoever would not buy again.

Seems like my complaint is similar to many others. Replacement head broke in less than three months of use. Previous one lasted over a year. Don’t recommend, especially for the price.

After two months it is working well

I know many others have complained in the reviews about poor quality. Maybe they had a bad batch. I have been using the new head for about two months now and it is working great. I hesitated because of all the bad reviews, but I'm glad I decided to purchase.

79 days new replacement What do I do wrong.

What do I do wrong. I shave every second day. Meaning 4 times a week, right. My head replacement original lasted 79 days! Am I doing anything wrong because you advertise for 18 months. It would be well appreciated if we have answers from customers care or even quality control.the blade damage in same spot same way!!!

I just purchased a replacement head. I'm now sure it is a "knock off". I called Braun and was told the 74S was no longer sold by Braun but the young lady was kind enough to send me to a website that had the genuine article. It was a furniture site! Now that I've checked all the reviews I think it is time to cut my losses and try another brand. Sorry Braun! I tried to stick with you.

The replacements heads are junk. They tear easily and repeatedly after putting them in the charger.

Bad shave head

I bought this razor 9 months ago. The head lasted maybe 6 months. I put the razor up and have t used it after that. I'm. Buying a new head for it today. If this one is junk also I'm finished with braun products.
