[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this upright freezer about 4 months ago and so far it seems to run great. Plenty of space, interior lighting is great. I like the added features of the "open door" alarm to prevent thawing in case the door is not properly shut and also the exterior light indicator that lets you easily know if the freezer is receiving power (in case the outlet circuit breaker is tripped or other power outage).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changed door hinges to open opposite side, Instructions were simple and easy! Door seal had a gap due to instruction book stuck in seal, NOT to worry though, seal found its shape over night. Unit works GREAT! Door open alarm is a great feature, since I left the door open on my refrigerator freezer over night in the past, would have been nice on that unit too.

Love my Upright Freezer

IT IS PERFECT

We wanted a small freezer for the overflow from our existing refrigerator/freezer unit. This 13 cf freezer is PERFECT for holding the overflow from our existing combination refrigerator/freezer unit. We have had very large freezers in the past which were unnecessarily large, but this little baby is PERFECT. It freezes everything well, has a little light inside and and a temperature controller. What more do you need?
