Bought this Thursday January 21 and it finally got down to 30 degrees and now it’s at 50 degrees. I’ve adjust the thermostat to recommend and to coldest and it isn’t working!!

If no display is present, the freezer should have a power LED lit or interior light indicating power. If the light is on, make sure the unit is making noise. Compressor hum, fans blowing, and refrigerant gurgling; are all signs the freezer is attempting to cool. How much food do you have stored inside the unit? A tightly packed freezer will lead to poor air circulation. Remove a few items to allow proper airflow. Food items should not be blocking airflow vents, and allow space around items for good air circulation. If you are still having issues, connect with us directly for additional assistance.
