Like the smaller footprint for this sized upright freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have with the freezer is the amount of time, 8 days, that it took to get rid of the toxic factory smell. I cleaned it as required in the manual, then let it air for 4 days with the door open with no good results. The I purchased a bag of charcoal and lots of backing soda and placed those items in the freezer and turned it on. After 4 days the odor was eliminated.
Now it is odor free and and filled!

Great size for our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Frigidaire 13 cu ft upright freezer. The previous unit was placed in our basement and lasted ten years. We placed this new unit in our garage, on a dedicated circuit. Looking forward to it lasting at least ten years.
