exactly what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had a chest freezer and I was so tired of digging through the layers to find what I needed. This upright freezer is exactly what we needed — not too big, not to small, just right for a family of two plus dogs that we feed raw meat (so we need freezer room for that!) The bright interior light is a real plus as well.

Withstand power failure

A month after delivery, our power went out for two days due to a windstorm in the area. This freezer kept the food frozen the whole time. It is smaller than the one we replaced, but our family is also smaller, so it works out well for us.

Just what I wanted, but one problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is working fine now. When we first plugged it in, a lot of ice was building up on food items--within hours. My husaband placed a rubber cord in the gasket, to make the seal better, so now it works fine. Too bad that the seal was not good to start with.
