Great freezer for basement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this upright freezer to replace an old chest freezer in our basement. We've been stocking up recently, and it was becoming difficult to get to things in the chest freezer. This unit fit through the 30" door leading to our basement. The pockets on the door are great for holding frozen vegies and other thinner items. The shelves are strong and easily support heavy items. The chest was 10 cu ft and fully packed. Almost everything fit in this 13 cu ft upright. It seems that there is a little wasted space between shelves. Overall, we are very happy with this freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is not as sturdy as the prior Frigidaire I had for over 30 years. Hope it will last as long as the old one. The light on the bottom to notify freezer is on is a good feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this freezer in the fall to put in the garage of a south Texas home. So far no problems. I have a Frigidaire refrigerator also installed in the garage and it has held up to our hot summers for 5 years and I expect the same for the freezer. Love the outside light that lets you know it is running.
