Frost free freezer is creating frost

Our frost free stand alone freezer is covered with frost every day. My husband has to take everything out of the freezer, wipe the food down, wipe the inside of the freezer and put the food inside The freezer is balanced and has good air flow around the back. Send someone to fix this problem quickly.

Hello, Rich79. Hello, Rich79! Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Although the freezer automatically defrost, frost can occur if warm air is getting into the unit. Please check to make sure the seal is tight. You can do so by seeing if there are any gaps in the seal while the door is closed. I love the Door ajar alarm!
