Perfect size for 1 or 2 people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely thrilled with this freezer! It is the perfect size for us...a 2 person household! My side by side refrigerator had a fairly small freezer side and it would get stuffed when I found things on sale...this Frigidaire freezer solves the extra space needed for the holidays, or items you find on sale...meat, milk, bread, etc., or fresh corn you got at the Farmers Market. I like that it is upright also vs. a chest freezer where you have to bend over and dig to the bottom...also takes up less space.

High visibility inside!

We just got this freezer but are amazed at how we can easily see everything we put in it. We are also amazed that 13 cu. ft. holds a LOT of stuff. It is easy to categorize items too. Early on when we realized we needed more freezer space for the 2 of us, besides the narrow side-by-side freezer on our fridge, we thought we might get a 5 cu. ft. for under the counter. How glad we are we did not make a decision we would have regretted. We are amazed at how much this freezer holds. We will love it. We were alarmed at the startup with the outside sides very hot to the touch. The booklet said it was just the compressor releasing the heat inside as it got colder and I'm glad that was covered under troubleshooting. Once cold it has no warmth on the outside! We waited too long for this freezer, we could not see returning it for what was normal! We finally don't have to dig to see what is in our freezer!
