[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to stock up on various types of food. It works great. The green power light is helpful. #1 feature that convinced me to buy was the 48 hour power out feature where it will keep food frozen for that long.

Noise & runs hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed the outside side panel gets hot. I realize it states on the manual this is normal but it gets hot compared to previous freezer I had which makes me concerned of the longevity. At times it gets a rather loud humming or hissing noise which I dis not hear om my previous freezer, I'm not sure if it is because it is a free freezer. Aside from these two, I am very pleased.

Perfect Garage Fridge!

We’ve been extremely happy with this Frigidaire refrigerator. We plan to use it as a freezer for when our quarter cow comes in, but in the meantime we’re using it as a standard refrigerator—and it’s been fantastic. It keeps everything consistently cold, has plenty of space, and runs quietly. It’s the perfect garage fridge and offers great versatility depending on your needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and flexible extra fridge or freezer option.

keeps icing up

Stopped working after a few months

Purchased this freezer brand new, and it stopped working after a few months.
After freezer stops cooling, the ugly green light that brightly shines continues to work to light up the large puddle of water on your floor from your thawed food.
I will forever be more careful about who and where meaning what part of the world I buy from. This freezer has been a nightmare.
