Great features and love the layout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this 13 cubic feet freezer for my two-person household because it was the smallest freezer I could find that was both well-rated by Consumer Reports and also offered the features I wanted. My freezer lives in the garage, so I really wanted an audible alarm if the temperature rises or the door is left ajar, and this has both. It also has a power light that makes a friendly, welcoming bright-green streak on the concrete floor (you can see it in the photo) so we can see that it's on every time we pass through. I prefer these wire shelves over the plastic in some models, the basket on the bottom is great as a catch-all for oddly shaped packages, and the door shelves hold all the frozen broccoli my schnauzers can eat (they love cruciferous vegetables and one is overweight). I've only had my Frigidaire for a month, but I expect it to serve me long as well just like my other Frigidaire products have. And don't underestimate the amount of frozen food you might want on hand, as we are rapidly filling it up. Thanks, Frigidaire.

It is so clean looking and has the space for things and allows us to easily see what we have. It is very quiet and does not run very often.
