[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No one talks about an upright freezer until they have a reason to which is usually because of something bad. That happened to us. We thought we had a decent upright freezer until it failed. This one is in the same price point/class but the quality improvement is apparent over what we had. One of the nicest surprises is that we had a breaker pop about 2 years ago and we didn't know until we smelled it. This freezer has a little green light that you can see shining on the floor in front so you don't have to open it up to see if it is working. Another thing is that seals are really good and it appears to be more efficient becuaeit cooled down really fast.

Got a great deal on this freezer. It has made our lives so much easier! It has all desired features... lots of room (makes putting away groceries a breeze!), adjustable shelves, power light, simple accessible temp control, freezes perfectly (no more ice cream soup!), fits well in our space (porch). Couldn't be happier with this purchase; highly recommend!
