[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer appears to be working very well.Have it set between suggested and maximum cold. Stays at about -2 degrees. Like the design that illustrates its on(bright green light), and the interior lights that make finding the desired frozen food easily.. Hoping to get many years of use out of this 16 cu. ft freezer,

Great until it died

This freezer was great until it died. I bought this freezer in April of 2022 and it's now February of 2025 and it's not freezing. It stopped died on us and now we have to replace it already.
