[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am getting used to using a refrigerator that is half the size of the previous one. I love the freezer layout and icemaker there. I took off one star because there is no filtered water. I expected it to be along the casing of an inner wall. That is a big loss.

A real step up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Whirlpool lasted twelve years, but was loosing its ability to stay below 10 degrees. After a short review of our options we chose the Frigidaire 16 cu. ft. freezer.
To our delight, it is only a foot or so taller than the old one and has four cubic feet more space. Out of habit, we kept the thermometer inside to check the temp. and find it more than adequate. It cooled faster than the old one ever did, holds below zero always and barely looses any cold even when loaded up with two shelves worth of tomatoes. Nice!
