Perfect Size for Smaller Area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our freezer for several weeks now and enjoy everything about it. We selected the Frigidaire brand and this specific model based on two months of research, in-store and online shopping, and speaking with friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. The final push to purchase it was based on a Consumer Reports rating and a great sale at our local appliance store. We ran the freezer for two days before stocking it. We have it in our basement, and it runs quiet. We like the green LED light on the floor to let us know it is running, the switchable door, the adjustable shelving, and the removable basket at the bottom. The trays mounted to the door are great for the many small items that would otherwise become lost within the items on the shelves. The freezer has enabled us to take advantage of the deeper discounts offered at our local market when purchasing five or more items. It also allows us to prep and store the many items we are fortunate to grow in our garden.

Plenty of shelf space and with the storage in the doors, it added easier access to frozen soup broth and smaller items. The freezer was at a stable -2F in about 3-hours. Love this unit!

But what I LOVE is the sound it makes when I close the door to reseal the unit, and the green light on the floor that tells me it is properly sealed! Having kids running around and grabbing stuff at times, it is great to glance into the room, see that green light and know the door is shut.

16 Cu foot Upright Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficiently arranged shelving & door pockets. Well lit and exterior light to let you know it is operating. Plugged it in and 2 hours later, it was at temperature (-5 degrees) which shows its insulation & efficiency. What else could one ask for?
