Disappointed

We have had issues since the beginning with this freezer, and they are getting worse. We really should have complained while it was still under warranty, but we didn't. Lesson learned.
1. The shelves never fit quite right, and fall off the ledges easily.
2. The seal on the door was never great, and we had to make sure to push it closed.
3. Now there is a huge build-up of ice in the freezer.
4. Finally - you can see that the sides are bowed out - which is probably the main cause of these issues.
The only reason I gave it 2 starts, is because the food still stays frozen.

Frostfree Freezer is Fabulous!

16 CU. Ft Upright Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 28 year old 21 CU. Ft. Freezer died we purchased a 16 CU Ft Upright Freezer from Warner Stellan. We downsized to a smaller freezer because our household is smaller now. The new freezer has provided ample storage area for all the frozen good we have.

The Big Chill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our older freezer bit the dust, I searched for a new one with consistently high ratings. Frigidaire was the best choice. I not only got a shiny new appliance, I got 16 cubic feet of storage - space to stock up on sales and for all the meals I prep. There are features I really like — the interior light makes it easy to find everything, the basket at the bottom is so convenient for small packages, and the adjustable shelves make it easy to arrange space just the way I like. The freezer is so easy to move with its wheels so I’ll be able to clean underneath. I’m so glad others steered me to Frigidaire’s freezer and really happy to spread the word that it really is terrific.
