16Cu. Ft Upright Freezer is Right for Us

The shelving and visibility make it easy to store and see all our food so there is no digging to the bottom of the freezer, nor do you forget what you have. We love it!

Nice freezer, nice price

The price was great (it was on sale) - and the quality / features are good. We like the alarm it has - and the basket at the bottom allows us to pile up bagged things / meat.

Easy to use and organize frozen food storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned a chest freezer of comparable size for years and struggled to find food at the bottom of the freezer. After the chest freezer died, we decided to do without a freezer, but missed out of bulk purchases, so we decided to get the Frigidaire upright. It is so easy to find all our food items. The door bins are super handy. We also love the external green light power indicator. We haven't tested the audible alarm for rising temps., but we did purchase an inexpensive dial thermometer which tells us at a glance the temperature.
Pluses: relatively inexpensive, easy food storage and organization, adjustable shelves, tight door seal, excellent construction
Minuses: Nothing major. Would be nice to have a built-in digital thermometer

Fabulous Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on upright freezers and found this to be the best choice. 16 ft.³ is such a great amount of space. The fact that it is nail or the most made it very convenient to fit in a small spot. It was also hard to find one that was not white. I am keeping it inside a room in my home and didn’t want it to stand out like a refrigerator in the middle of nowhere. Having a silver fund next to a wine refrigerator with black and silver made it blend and not be an eyesore, and yet so functional to have in the house . The design is fabulous. There is plenty of room on the shelves and the space on the door adds to the convenience of finding what you need

Great buy!

The changing of the opening direction of the door took a bit more time and tools than the direction indicated. But, overall, great value !
