[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frigidaire has always been the brand of choice. I had my old freezer for 23 years until it finally died. I chose another Frigidaire upright freezer. It came up to temp right away and we were able to put the food into it.

Replacing and older Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Frigidaire chest freezer has been going strong for about 18 yrs now and still ticking. We are upgrading to this model as we need more freezer space. This model looks great and takes up about the same footprint as the old chest freezer so win win. Love some of the new features like temp and door ajar alarm, plus it looks good. You can’t go wrong with the proven track record of Frigidaire.

This freezer fit perfectly in our laundry room and is the perfect cubic feet for our frozen foods. We are so happy we purchased this Frigidaire freezer!

Thought our old Frigidaire freezer broke- but it didn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Frigidaire freezer (in our attached garage) was 15 years old and we thought it broke. What really happened was that we didn't close the door all the way and then left the house for the weekend. We came back and things were thawing and melting. This caused an ice block to form which prevented the air from circulating. So even though we closed the door, the air didn't circulate and the freezer didn't freeze as it should. Being 15 years old we decided to go with the same brand. Once we found out about the ice block, we removed it, and the freezer is working as good as new again. We decided to keep the new one anyway because The new one is a little bigger cleaner looking and much better lighting. So now I have two Frigidaire freezers that are both working excellent. I doubt I'll ever need to buy another freezer again.
