Great upright freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great upright freezer. I have a Frigidaire refrigerator I have had for many years and it has never missed a beat. So I wanted the same brand in a freezer. The quality is awesome. I love the fact that it has a audible sound that warns you of a temp drop or if the door is not closed, and has a green light on the front that let's you know everything is ok with the freezer. I chose to pay just a little more for an upright and not the chest style because of the ease of looking at what I have in the freezer without having to dig through everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a new upright freezer to replace our 23 year old Kenmore. The Frigidaire had a little more available space and some extra bells and whistles that we liked. The price was reasonable and we have been very happy with it!

Love my new freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is organized and easily viewed. The shelves are good sized and the door shelves hold a lot too. The light in the freezer also helps for viewing what I am looking for. Am very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is perfect for our limited space. We know the alarm works because it went off when we were filling it up for the first time. This is important to us because the alarm on our old freezer had stopped working.
After several attempts to rearrange our food in an orderly manner, we ordered additional shelves because the spacing between the shelves in this freezer is so great that it was difficult to see, let alone retrieve, what we wanted. Since there are no slots for additional shelving we had to purchase stand-alone, adjustable shelves and secure them with zip ties to the factory shelving. Not the ideal solution but it beats pawing through high piles to find what we want. The only shelves we found that would fit lengthwise were a little more than half as deep but even gaining that much helped immensely.
Aside from the poor shelving design, this seems to be a great freezer so far.
