[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the freezer for 3 week, but so far it is running well. It is taller than other 16 cu ft freezers I have owned. One thing I would change is adding one more shelf. I feel like I could use the space more efficiently with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this freezer a few weeks ago. Functioning is excellent: perfect temperature control, no ice buildup, no evident freezer burn, and very quiet. Our only quibble is the shape: the freezer is relatively tall and narrow but quite deep. For us, this can make it difficult to find things when the freezer is full and seems less efficient for maximizing storage capacity. We would prefer a few inches of extra width coupled with less depth.
