[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 20. Cubic. They replaced it with 16. Cubic. Could not get the part for the 20. Cubic. Rather than wait any longer ( almost 3 months) i accepted the smaller unit. I did get the extended warranty at no cost. Other than being smaller I do like it. I do hope this one lasts longer than the other one. Most of what was in the freezer I was unable to save.

Love the upright freezer!

We upgraded from an old chest freezer and are so excited to see all of the food we have that we didn't know we had. We just open the door and u can see everything. The stainless steel is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Great but the seal was bad and is creating ice & frost is certain spots in the freezer. Called for warranty repair. They came out but said I needed a new door. Taking 4 weeks to get the door. Inside build up I getting worse.

Awesome Freezer!

I also like the alarm that goes off if I leave the door open too long. Lots of space in the door compartments, too, which are very handy for smaller things.
