Awesome Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic freezer! It replaced an old one that I accidentally melted. Yes, melted.
It was a manual defrost and I had 3 defrosters going in it. I decided to take a nap, I guess, and woke up much, much later. It just so happens that if you have 3 defrosters going in an old freezer, and you fall asleep, it will melt the plastic interior! Whoa, what a mess! I had to keep the door shut with a ratchet strap…
This freezer is like a Cadillac compared to the old one! The only con is that it’s not a manual defrost. However, with my track record, I don’t think I need one of those! If you’re questioning purchasing this machine, don’t. It’s great! Super quiet, keeps things frozen, and looks super sleek. Also, I like the green indicator light, as opposed to red.

Dissatisfied at first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got it I was dissatisfied because it said it was "frost-free" and here it was all frosted up. I called Frigidaire customer service. They dispatched a local appliance technician and took care of it. After that there were no further problems. Matter of fact it's absolutely wonderful. Beautiful LED lights when you open freezer, alarm sounds when you leave door open to long. Products in the freezer are colder than an iceberg. Love it!
