[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting the freezer placed in service and plugged in, ice and frost began to form on the inside upper edge. We put a flashlight inside the freezer and found a gap on the hinge side of the door at least a foot long where the seal was not making contact with the freezer wall. Repairman coming out on 12/21.

Fabulous Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my great all-time purchases. Found ourselves short on freezer space and square footage in our home. This was the perfect solution, since it has a small foot print and large capacity for frozen foods. It holds the temperature constant at just below zero and provides functional confirmation with it's green light shining on the floor below the door. I could not be more pleased!

Excellent, Frigidaire 16 cu.ft freezer—just the right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an upright freezer for 18 years but it wasn’t frost-free. Having to defrost it was becoming harder and harder. We’ve always been happy with Frigidaire products and found this 16 cu.ft. Freezer that was frost-free. It’s been awesome. Not only larger but was actually smaller as to the footprint. Fit in our laundry room perfectly. It’s been so great that we don’t have to defrost. The cool thing is that there is a light that tells us the freezer is working properly and a alarm that goes off if the door is left open for a while. Lots of room including shelving in the door. For us, it’s a great fit.
