Easy Freezy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and are very seasoned senior citizens. We had an old "frosted" freezer that did a good job, It was like family to us and so dependable. We had this Frigidaire freezer for about 36 years! But over the years it had to be defrosted more and more often, very often. Finally, my wife said, "Enough is enough" and we (she) decided it was time to upgrade. We ended up with our new 16 Cu. FT. Frigidaire Frost Free Freezer. While it has not changed our life, it has certainty made life easier. The shelves are adjustable and the temp inside is constant and evenly distributed. It is easy to sore items on the many interior and door shelves. Best of all...no defrosting!! We sent in our warrenty information, however, based on the performance of our last Frigidaire freezer, we doubt we will need it. Best decision we (she) has made on a new appliance!

This is my first upright freezer. So far so good. Only disappointment is that this is not Energy Star qualified.
