We recently purchased a new freezer. We have noticed it operates with a high pitched noise that can be irritating and annoying. We are hoping Frigidaire can provide assistance to address this unwanted noise.

Expectations Exceeded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For my needs, the capacity is just right. The warning features are excellent and they are not battery-powered, which I particularly like. The interior temperature is even throughout and colder than expected when set at normal. Operation is quiet and it doesn't cycle excessively when the door is kept closed. The low power draw is exceptional. The shelves and basket are very sturdy; however, the door bins seem a bit weak. Heavier items should not be stored in them. The sunken door grips are ok; however, I would prefer a front-mounted handle. Reliability remains to be determined.
