Luv the unique door opener (no handle sticking out) and the ability to open from the right because of freezer location. We wanted the door bins to be similar to previous freezer - very handy/useful! And lastly, we believe the Door Ajar Alert, the High Temperature Alert and the Power On Light may be helpful.

Taller than old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased Upright Freezer because old one was warm/hot to the touch on the outside and thought time for a new one. The old one was at least 22.5 years old and NOT frost free.
New features I like are that this one is Frost Free, Taller but thinner (helpful bringing into the cellar door!), no handle - built into the door, and it keeps my food frozen.
I am able to fit everything that the old freezer kept and more. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an emergency purchase as our old freezer died unexpectedly and we needed a new one ASAP. This was the only upright freezer available in 3 counties so we purchased it. It was not rated well by Consumer Reports as it allegedly doesn't keep food frozen very long during power outages; fortunately we have whole-house generators so that's not an issue. So far, it's doing a great job and keeping our frozen foods frozen.
