Not frost free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door doesn’t seal properly and the new door will take months to get, while my 1/4 beef and my 1/2 pig get freezer burnt!!! They should replace with a new one instead of just replacing the door.

Terrible Freezer

Freezer doesn't stay frozen and they also new it was a problem but didn't fix before selling. also they door is bowed another thing they knew was/is a problem but still didn't care and just made a band aid for both issues. these are problems that they should have fixed before selling but hey I guess they just want to make more more money off you. I WILL NOT BUY Frigitaire FREEZERs EVER AGAIN............. If I could give less stars I would but I can'T :(

2 months and it stopped working

bought it and was running great for 2 months and now its hot and all my meats spoiled . I unplugged it and re plugged to see it would work and nothing is happening ,only light turns on inside and that it. it now works as an expensive night light .you would think for the price it would last longer

Don't Buy

A Dream Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did extensive research before I settled on this freezer for my family. I am very happy with my choice. The shelves are adjustable which is fantastic. The doors hold a great deal. The size is huge and makes it manageable to find things in it. I wish it had more shelves. I haven't researched yet if I can buy additional ones but if I can I will.

So much room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting this freezer we had a 5 cf chest freezer and getting food out of it was a chore and sometimes costly. Take food out dig through to find what you want and put food back. More than a few times food didn't get put back...
Now I can find everything quickly and easily! Love the light so I know it's running right.

Poor shelving design

The lip edges are so small that the wire shelves consistently fall off thus letting the shelves fall out of place. Poor design for shelves. Otherwise, it does a good job of freezing and the door alarm is helpful.
