Good Upright Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We converted from a chest freezer after 30 years to this upright. Our chest freezer would not die since it is a Frigidaire. We made the leap so we could see what we had in the freezer. We love it. It was easy to get into the house and install. We simply changed the direction of the door opening, and it looks beautiful with our other chrome appliances in the utility room.

Perfect

The only possible negative I can say is that it the seal is so strong that you can drag the thing across the floor before the door opens. But that can be resolved with a shim and just opening it carefully. It’s a great product I expect to hold onto for many years.

To Level your freezer: Adjust the bottom feet by turning the feet counterclockwise to lengthen and clockwise to shorten. Use a carpenter’s level to level the appliance from front to back. Adjust the leveling feet in front, ½ bubble higher, so the door closes easily.
