Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 30+ year old freezer that we had to defrost routinely. The Frigidaire is very spacious and we are able to organize our freezer items so that they are easily accessible. We are very happy that we found this freezer!

Replaced a working chest freezer

I bought it just over a month ago to replace a deep chest freezer which had made finding items a “freezing” challenge - I was looking for an upright freezer that had the space and historical use. One aspect I saw from the surveys was the dreadful frost on about 5% of the reviews—— so, I read the instructions and leveled the freezer according to the instructions and so far there has not been any frost. The family is happy because all items are well organized with easy retrievals.
The size and features of this unit also makes it functional for us. The freezer is in the garage and hope it continues to perform as good as it has December/January when summer shows up -

I didn't know how much I needed it until I had it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced one that was 40+ years old. Although it still ran smoothly, it required defrosting. This 16 cu. ft. beauty seemed like overkill until I saw it filled. The addition of an interior light and the spacious interior gave me more than space. This freezer has large, deep door bins and shelves with adjustable heights. The flexibility and easy to see interior makes it so easy to organize in a way I can put my finger on just what I'm looking for, no matter how much food is in there. I'm looking toward many years of enjoying this freezer. For the first few days owning it, I kept looking inside just to marvel how well suited it was to my cook-ahead and sale shopping storage needs.

Clean look and excellent storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this for a few weeks but so far we are very pleased with it. I wish there was a cover supplied to hide the unused recessed door handle. It has two handles in order for the door to be configured so it will open from either side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the freezer for a month now, so far I am happy with it. I switched the door around to open on the right side, the directions were simple and easy to follow, my only issue was the top hinge bracket needed to be modified slightly to pull the door in closer because there was a gap between the weatherstrip and freezer cabinet. Otherwise, its way better than our 5cuft chest freezer!
