Reversing door caused major frosting issues

I reversed the door per the instructions. Now I have major frosting issues and the local appliance repair company should be coming out to see what is going on. While I read on the web sites that reversing doors could cause this issue, this should not be an issue.

We like our new freezer. Especially, the green indicator light that lets us know it is on and working properly, piece of mind. We really like the wire adjustable shelfs and wire basket in the bottom.
