Great for two

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for small family. There are two of us but I cook for my mom and brother occasionally and freeze their portions. Only fault I find is that the door doesn't shut with confidence. I always double, triple check to make sure the door is secure.

Easy to organize and find all my frozen items

Much better on the second try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we initially bought the freezer, we reversed the door and discovered that the gasket was so compressed on the left side of the fridge that it left a good 1/4 inch gap. After a lot of massaging it, we managed to improve that considerably, but it never sealed completely and we had massive amounts of frost building up (think winter wonderland).
Fortunately, the seller (Nebraska Furniture Mart) replaced the freezer for us. We have had no issues with the second freezer, including with the door reversed. I would chalk it up to bad luck the first time if I hadn't seen so many reviews about frost issues. All the pictures I've seen of it seem to be on the left side, suggesting that it might have also been an issue for others that reversed the door. The gasket itself seems to be thinner and less sturdy than other refrigerators and freezers I've owned.
In any case, the replacement has performed well, but I can't give five stars given the gasket issues and how often it seems to create problems for people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great price for a 16 cubic foot freezer, plenty of space for what we need, and shelves and door shelves are well spaced. Self defrosting and quiet running are also a major bonus from what we had. Very happy with this product!
