A positive experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a problem in that our refrigerator/freezer was set into a space in our kitchen that would require a major renovation to expand. After being frustrated with the freezer side, we finally decided that it was worth purchasing a stand-up 16 cu. ft. freezer and place it just outside the kitchen. We chose the Frigidaire because we thought it looked sleek, met our needs, and the price make it the best value. It was delivered without a hitch but, the next day we noticed a relatively minor frost buildup. A technician came to fix it within a few days and it turns out that this is a common problem as the door seals sometimes warp for a variety of reasons during shipping. The technician applied some heat to the area that didn't seal properly and it expanded to fit better. Although we were a bit skeptical it worked like a charm. We haven't had any frost buildup since (about three weeks). Definitely a worthwhile purchase that works perfectly as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the storage space and love being able to see everything inside at a glance. Had a freezer chest temporarily; no more bending over. Great organizational convenience. Like that the storage space on the door covers the length of the door.
