Questionable Longevity

Compressor quit and spoiled food, flashing light but no audible alarm. Unit takes different refrigerant less common. Very few qualified or trained to work on these units. So extended warranty may be advisable.

Love metal shelving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer has max space with minimal footprint. Upright is the only way to go - no more digging through cold piles of things to see what we have. We also love the metal shelving - durable and adjustable.

Issues within 6 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December and at 6 monthsit stopped working. Had to have tge control panel changed out. Lost all food. Also the shelve heights are inconvenient. Should have one additional shelf and should have more options for shelf heights. Instead of 2 within 2 inches of each other. Had to get baskets to increase ability to store small packages of meat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought 1 in 2020. bought the second in 2021. so far, so good. excellent quality, runs quiet. replaced a larger 20 year old freezer. looks good, not being white, in a vintage Victorian oak kitchen. Only one problem - the light does not come on when the door opens. Tips?
