Exactly what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer last month because my 35-year-old freezer didn't seal well despite a new seal installed a few years ago. I didn't really want to spend the money, but it's nice to have an attractive appliance. I needed a "garage" freezer because my mudroom/porch is unheated and I live in Upstate NY, so a freezer without that designation would likely experience compressor failure during the winter. So now I have a slightly larger freezer that defrosts automatically, and I appreciate the interior light. The little green light tells me it's running (because it's so quiet), and will blink if the temperature inside was too high. And last, a tone when the door is not closed (because grandchildren). The price is very reasonable when compared to other garage-ready freezers.

Bright power LED. Quiet. and spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fits nicely in my garage and the power LED is very easy to see. The shelves make it easy to organize items and pull out exactly what I want. The main reason why we spent extra to get an upright model was because we didn't want to have to pull out all our food to get to something at the bottom. I also like that it takes up less floor space than an equivalent capacity top loading freezer. It's quiet and it just works.
