shelves falling off.

Shelves falling off on sides of freezer. Tech says I cant fix it, no adjustments. Shelf supports molded into sides of freezer. I should have bought a more expensive unit. I Mickey Moused some sleeves to make the shelves slightly wider.

Door does not stay sealed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item hoping for great expectations. Instead, this products door does not stay closed therefore I have to put something heavy against the door to keep it shut and to keep my frozen items from thawing out. I do not recommend this product.

Never worked; no coolant in system; multiple calls to Frigidaire customer service; the unit is unrepairable; will never buy their products again!

Meat locker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only bought this becuse i bough a side of beef and freezers where hard to find. the freezer works fine, the 2 star is for the shelves they have, they are to short and fall when ever you put product on them, so when you open the door meat falls on the floor. would i recommend this to someone els, absolutely not,

New, and not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a few months ago and finally got around to installing it. Once installed, worked for only a few hours. Service came out and determined it was the motherboard. Still waiting.

Frigidaire appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frigidaire is the worst appliance I'll never buy anything with frigidaire on it again I bought a refrigerator and a freezer and less that a year they have been three tome to work on my refrigerator and now I have an order to get my freezer repaired and had to throw away a lot of food from my freezer NEVER AGAIN WOLL I BUT FRIGIDAIRE!!!!
