Needs space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery guys set up unit without adequate space on the right side of the unit. Unit was filled with frozen food after one day. After two days, the unit started to defrost. Right side of freezer was extremely hot. Removed food. Called for service and was given a two week delay for service. Read the manual, unplugged unit, moved to new location with at
least 4 inches of space all around. Restarted the freezer. Waited two days to refill with frozen food. Working fine now. Delivery service guys should know about space requirements.

LARGE CAPACITY AND VERY COLD!

However my initial impression is that it does what it is intended to do — very well. It has enormous capacity and freezes foods quickly. So far, I am quite happy with my purchase.
