So far this dishwasher has lived up to my expectations and the dishes come out clean. The top rack is a bonus however not a useful as I once thought (we rarely use it).

I am incredibly impressed with both Forno’s customer service and their commitment to standing behind their products.
I recently reached out regarding damage to the exterior door panel of my Forno dishwasher. Although the unit did not arrive damaged, Monica from the customer service team went above and beyond by arranging a replacement door as a one-time courtesy. She was kind, responsive, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process.
It’s rare these days to find a company willing to help a customer in this way, and I truly appreciate the generosity and support Forno provided. The dishwasher itself is beautiful and has been a great addition to our home, but this experience with customer service has made me an even bigger fan of the brand.
A special thank you to Monica for her outstanding assistance. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition.
