We had ordered our beautiful Forno dishwasher on two sites but they were canceled for some reason. After hours I left a message in there customer support chat section. We were so surprised when the next week we got a direct phone call from a company rep who apologized for the mistake. We were even more surprised that our dishwasher arrived within one week to our home in Cranbrook BC. I installed it with its very easy install instructions; and we are so impressed how quiet and amazing it is. I went from being initially unsure to a now committed Forno customer! :-)

Bought dishwasher for new house, Brand new and does not work. Seller requested "troubleshoot" call to us from Forno four days ago. So far, no call. Tired of waiting.

Problem with top tray

Quick response upon our inquiry of the issue. We bought a package of appliances that includes: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and a microwave oven in March of 2022. There were several times that it didn't start, so we had to turn the breaker off and on, then it works fine. Last week, however, it didn't complete the whole cycle and left water at the bottom.

Looks great. However the top rack doesn’t open all the way as it his the top sprayer. Reaching out to find out what can be done to correct the issue.

Early to tell, but overall not satisfied

Even with the heat dry, nothing is dry. If you don't unload it and dry it right away, everything has dried water spots all over.
