A few weeks ago I bought my fourth Braun shaver 9599 And trimmer Set. The shaver exceeded my expectation.
The closeness and comfort of the shave is better than I ever had before.

The worst Shaver I have ever owned.

I have to go over the same area 3 or 4 times and still end up with short stubble. I would not recommend this Shaver to anyone.

This razor is so good a couple of runs over my face every day or two or three completely remove all signs of stubble. The previous razors were OK but the last one took many minutes in front of a mirror to get it to look acceptable. Google tells me facial hair gets thicker with age. That would explain why my last razor had so much trouble with it. This one has no trouble at all, even with the long hairs my previous shaver could only get with the trimmer.

Should do More for the Money

I bought the top of the line razor thinking I was covered in all circumstances. Since purchasing the razor, I have grown a beard. I can't find attachments for proper beard maintenance. Having to buy another razor for beard care means I am very disappointed with the razor and regret buying an expensive single use tool. Wish one of the reviews would have warned me of the limitations.

Have had it for a year and ALWAYS have to "finish" my shave with an old fashioned metal razor. I just won't shave close like it says it will.
Anybody want it?

You should always finish your shaving session when using our 9599cc, David. Please trust us that this isn't what we expect, especially with our quality checks and the German Engineering that we use. If you aren't doing so already, taut the skin, hold your shaver at a right angle, and shave against the grain. Be sure the device is cleaned using the cleaning and charge station too as this help lubricate it, increasing its cutting ability. As you can imagine, we expect your device to last far longer than just one shave. In fact, it has up to 60 minutes in battery life on an hour charge. We're sorry this is happening. Try other outlets in your house and ensure it's not charging on or near a metal surface as this could impact the battery and charging ability.
