Item # 7 in instruction book:Optional,instructions on how to reverse the door.
I did everything but there was no wire harness on the opposite side to plug the door switch into!
No where in any information did it state that my model did not have this capability!

we love that when next to each other, washer then dryer, the doors open up perfectly to where you are just moving one to the other easily and efficiently. no worrying about having to open one and close the other saving you exactly 10 seconds when doing laundry.

We are happy to assist you with this washer. Loud/unusual sound and/ or vibration/shaking can be caused by the rubber leveling legs not firmly touching the floor. It is advised to push and pull on the back right and then back left of your washer to check if it is level. If the washer is uneven, adjust the rubber leveling legs so they are all firmly touching the floor and locked in place. The washer got off to a rough start. On spin cycle it would shake all over the place. The place I purchased it from doesn't hook them up for its customers. It was hard for me to assemble cause i don't have a guy who could.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We want to help and provide some information to help with the shaking of your washer. If a front load washer is vibrating, shaking or even moving out of place. Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. We suggest pausing the appliance, opening the door, and manually redistributing the load. To check the machine, run a rinse and spin cycle with no load. If the washer's level of vibration is normal, the unbalance was caused by the wash load. First wash the clothes smell wonderful that it should be. The technology evolves the machine what it should be. Cross my fingers it will last longer than 10 years. Wait and see.
