[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was easy to install and looks beautiful. I like the features and how quiet it is. The app is not user friendly. I tried to create an account and it says forbidden and the washer won't connect to wifi.

Only complaint I have is that I cannot switch the door around for the washer which Makes it difficult to put clothes into the dryer.
